Provide reporting metrics or dashboards and allow the exporting to multiple formats
This type of reporting is critlcial in being able to prove the cost savings Zenphi provides to business stakeholders.

Offer a find and replace option to change a trigger or connection point in the entire flow instead of change one-by -one
This is would be very helpful when moving scripts between workspaces

Sheets Charts
Inject rows into a predefined sheets template that will have embedded charts that redraw based on the injected rows.
Then allow flows to capture the charts collection and be able to insert them into docs, slides etc.1 vote -
Add option to provide a description of a workflow
Make it possible to add (and view) a description of a workflow ( free text) so that by hoovering over a workflow name in the list of all workflows, the text displays. So that one knows what the workflow is about.

Gmail - labels & mail status
When a mail has triggered a flow, provide the option to:
1. mark te mail as read/opened,
2. attach a label(s) (e.g. "zenphi processed" or "<flow-name>" or defined by a userSo hat one can see that something has happened with the email

save emails as draft
Add to the Send Email action the option to save an email as a draft (and not send it directly). Or create a separate action Save Draft Email
In this way, you can adapt the email (subject & text) to exactly tailor an email for an addressee before it is sent.
zenphi could even send the person who can change the draft email, an email (with the link to the draft) notifying him that there is a draft email saved1 vote -
Enhance Search Events in Google Calendar
I understand that you can search in Google Calendar that meet a search criteria that is a text (you can enter a "search text".
The search is then executed from a certain date/time and will return all events that meet the search text criteria.
The following amendments would make Search Event more powerful:
1. make it possible to search also for invited persons (not confirmed or confirmed etc), you might want to send an email (e.g. to ask why he has not confirmed, or send all confirmed invitees an updated agenda/documents etc)

Add sender info in gmail
When sending an email with the gmail connector, only the sender's email address is seen by the receiver (e.g. michel.vanosch@zenphi.com) and not "Michel van Osch michel.vanosch@zenphi.com"
In the gmail inbox you see now "michel.vanosch" (the emailaccount), and not "Michel van Osch", (the name of the sender)

Connector for Google Contacts
Give access to Google Contacts so that you don't first have to export the contacts to a spreadsheet before you can send a group of contacts an email through zenphi (persons can be grouped by labels), or leverage other information (e.g. birthdate, linkedin profile) for other actions

Add signature to emails sent
When using the gmail connector to send an email from one's mailaccount, there is no email signature at the end of the sent email
Let one select one of the signatures that are available for that person..

Import/Export JSON from/to Google Drive (folder)
Provide the option to import from or export to JSON file to a Google Drive ( and not only to a local file system), especially when a user uses a Chromebook / Chromebox for working with Google Workspace...

Create an add-on for gmail, so that an user can define an ad-hoc workflow
When a user receives an email that he/she wants to circulate (sequential or parallel) across other email users and still can maintain control over the progress (set response times/reminders etc)

Generate a Google Form from a Google Sheet
Google Sheets provides the option to generate a Google Form out of Google Sheets (Tools->CreateForm). However, this creates an empty form and a new tab connected with that form.
In many cases, users will have a spreadsheet with a couple of columns in which they capture/record data.
It would speed up the workflow creation process when one could select a number of columns in Google Sheets, and then via "Create form for zenphi" (or something like that) create the Google Form with all the form entry fields related to the columns of the spreadsheet.

Provide the option to add a on or more tags to a workflow
Please make it possible to add/view/sort/group by a tag, so that one easily get an overview of all workflows that have a tag (e.g. HR, or Sales)

Foldable Group/Zone of conditions/actions
When the map starts to have a lot of actions, it's hard to get the general flow and focus on it.
It would be like a zoom in/zoom out. We define a group of actions, name it and clicking on it would zoomin its content, leaving the zonewould make a zoom out.2 votes
